KaleidoscopesToYou.com Gift Certificate Guidelines: Delivery/Timeframe: As we manually check each gift certificate’s code before we email it to the recipient, we issue all gift certificates within 48 hours of ordering. We will send the recipient an email within 48 hours of the order with the gift certificate and unique gift code.
No Addtl Fees: We pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and service, and as always, do not include any hidden fees or charges in redeeming the gift certificate.
Redemption: Gift certificates can be used to purchase only in-stock merchandise. They can be applied to the total sale cost, which includes shipping charges and Iowa sales tax for orders being shipped to Iowa.
Termination: Although we have no intention of doing so, should we close our store, we must provide notice and redemption terms to anyone with outstanding or unredeemed gift certificates within a reasonable amount of time prior to closure.
