Here are some often asked questions:

• What material options are there for the tube and paper wrap?
Answer: All kaleidoscopes we have in the Big and Small Jazzy are a black exterior. The label can be made with a full-color digital press print.

• Can we have customized inner beads, shaped/colored to our client's design?
Answer: We can offer an array of colored beads in various stock shapes and colors to match your event. No custom shapes can be made or mold injected. We have a whole wall of beads in various colors to choose from per project.

• Can our client's logo be printed and viewed from inside the kaleidoscope?
Answer: Yes, a small word or simple logo can be added to the bead mix chamber. This logo or word is printed in black ink on a clear material about the size of an American dime, printed one time, and the kaleidoscope mirror system will multiply and reflect this one logo or word.

• Are we able to change the lens type? If so, what options are available?
Answer: No, only a 3-mirror system is available on our Big and Small Jazzy Kaleidoscope.

• What are your production lead times?
Answer: We generally need 2 weeks from the time all artwork is approved. There are 3 main approvals needed to complete a run of kaleidoscopes: the exterior wrap, the interior logo, and the exterior bead colors desired. Once we have all the parts at our production facility, we can produce 400 Qty a day. The exterior wrap is the slowest part as this is outsourced and shipped to us, usually 7 to 10 days are needed to receive our wraps.

• Is it possible to receive a sample?
Answer: Yes, please order one sample online and we will be happy to send this sample to you from a random past project.

With the sticker printed, are we limited to the number of colors?
Answer: No limits on color. You can choose a matte or glossy finish on your full-color wrap.

Do you offer any special type of boxing or wrapping we can purchase?
Answer: I do not have a special box available. I will check if one of my nice white boxes fits this kaleidoscope. These would be $1.00 each extra with white tissue paper added for padding.

What is the total production time after we give you the artwork?
Answer: After artwork and bead mix is approved, the longest time is waiting for the labels to be professionally made. We outsource all printing and printed labels are CPSIA (Toy Laws phthalates Free). The labels can take up to 10 business days to be made and shipped to our location for final hand assembly.

Can we choose any bead colors?
Answer: Yes, we have a whole wall in our warehouses dedicated to beads of various colors and shapes perfect for your color theme. Let us know what you are wanting and we will do our best. We usually make up a preproduction sample and send you a video for approval. Up to 3 revisions are included in the pricing.

For the custom message inside - how many words or letters can it be?
Answer: The message on the interior disk is printed about the size of a USA quarter, so the simpler the better. Outline black and white artwork or a short word or two can be added. Same here, we send you a video for approval. Up to 3 revisions are included in the pricing.

• Quantities?
Answer: Yes, easy for us to do. We love orders in the 100 to 1000 Qty range. 100 is our minimum order.

• The inner boxes are 25 Qty, the master boxes are 200 Qty.

• Dimensions and weight: 32 lbs, 18 inches x 18 inches x 18 inches cube for the master box of 200 Qty.

• We are CPSIA compliant for toy safety regulations on our current batch in our warehouse and have a current testing pass certificate available upon request. Passed for ages 6 plus.
