The object chamber is filled with actual real hand flame worked and hand twisted glass pieces as well as other shaped glass and interesting beads. The colors are predominantly ruby red, cobalt blue, green, amber, and dichroic colors. The object chamber turns independently of the barrel. The separate turning cell is a benefit in that there is more of a randomness and you indeed can be the artist in manipulating the experience. When turning the cell you can actually hear the glass pieces move creating a nostalgic effect like the old fashioned kaleidoscopes that did contain real glass pieces.
