Vintage Artisan Kaleidoscope, "Rolla Scope In Copper and Mirror Era 1980s By Doug and Dottie Johnson.

Known for their technique of soldering with a brilliant copper patina, as well as for using mirrors on the interior and exterior, this vintage kaleidoscope is undeniably handcrafted by Doug and Dottie Johnson! Of course, the signature kaleidoscope object cell the rolling tumbling glass filled chamber. This is indeed one of our favorite elements of these vintage kaleidoscopes. Stained glass and fused glass offer varying textures and colors. Because of the way the bright copper had been originally finished, and some care along the way, this piece looks almost like the day it was created years ago.
