Miss Potter ( Customer Complaint Dept)
Miss Potter came to Kaleidoscopes To You in 1999. She is so loyal that she hasn't left work in 8 years except for a 1 week vacation and vet visits. She is usually found on the side of the bookkeepers' desk or prowling some deep corner of the storage warehouse.
She has 3 main responsibilities. First, she is the complaint department manager. Miss Potter has a way of dismissing all complaints with only a glance and not a word. Her second responsibility is to provide diversion and entertainment to out younger customers as the guardians are entrhalled by our kaleidoscopes. Her third and most important responsibility is a human resource/therapy counselor. Even with such fabulous kaleidoscopes surrounding us, sometimes we need to be reminded that there really are no problems worth worrying about that much.
