Monica & Ulrich Karl
These Delightful kaleidoscopes are very carefully and precisely made by German Kaleidoscope Artists Monica and Ulrich Karl. Most materials used to create their scopes are hand made in their own studio. Some of the materials used include finely turned acrylics, Femo clay, seashells and some also include nice hand flameworked glass pieces. In 2009, Karl Schilling was able to visit their studio in Germany where we saw their love of kaleidoscope making spans over 20 years. We find the Karl's work very precise and exacting. These are very well made and very interesting scopes.
