This spectacular kaleidoscope by kaleidoscope artist Henry Bergeson, would be the highlight of any collection. It comes with 6 oil filled glass tubes, 3 of which are used at a time. The centerpiece that holds the tubes is held on to the body of the kaleidoscope with interlocking wood pieces, and a magnet on the bottom. All three tubes are turned simultaneously with the turn of the center knob, as seen in the picture above. The wooden centerpiece that hold the tubes, also swivels around smoothly to change the image. The extra tubes are seated on a matching base for display when not in use. The body of the Wind Dancer is made of finely crafted Bubinga and accented with Maple and Rosewood. The glass tubes are filled with a variety of dichroic glass pieces, beads, springs, and other trinkets. It is approximately 17 inches tall, 14 inches long and 4 inches wide.
Customer Reviews
" Kaleidoscopes to you has the most knowledgeable, resourceful and helpful staff I have found anywhere! Recently, I was searching for Henry Bergeson's Wind Dancer, not only did they have one in stock Karl answered any questions I had and in fact had many more details about Mr. Bergeson's works that I did not know. Karl shared this info in a manner that was not the least bit condescending. While searching for this particular artwork I ran across another website offering this piece. The person I spoke with was a snobby know it all who had the manner of a used car salesperson... I immediately called Karl and placed my order...Double thumbs up to Karl and the team!!! Do not place an order elsewhere until you've talked to these folks. " Gary - CO.
