This vintage teleidoscope was made by P Bar K around 1985. The outside barrel is made of oak with a stripe of wood inlay. The "object cell" is the things you are viewing which is why it is different from kaleidoscopes. Teleidoscopes do not have any object cells. They have a clear ball at the end of a 3 mirror system which allows you to see whatever you are looking at. While the exterior is stunning the image is a bit blurry because it does not have a magnification lens. A magnification lens allows you to see the image more clearly. It does not come with a base but it is rectangular so you do not need one. This scope has been well-kept and does not have any scratches on its surface.
The dimensions of the scope are: 7 1/2 inches long by, 1 1/2 inches wide by, 1 1/2 inches tall.
